The drawing below is your window. Change the sashes, the size and the color: the dimension lines and the price recalculate instantly, with no “depends on complexity”.

What’s in every window
One specification across every window. We don’t keep a “budget line” just to sell you the decent one later. On the right — a section through the frame we fit by default.

What usually stops people
from ordering
- “They’ll measure and the price will go up”
The quote from the site visit is final. If our estimator got it wrong, we pay the difference, not you.
- “They’ll install and vanish”
Adjustments are free for the length of the warranty. We come out within two days — they’re our windows.
- “They’ll leave a pile of debris”
Old frames and construction debris leave on installation day. It’s already in the price, never billed separately.
Three frames we choose between on site
The calculator’s baseline is Euro 70. The cheaper Euro 60 and the warmer Thermo 86 come up less often; the table shows who each one is for.

Six things the estimator checks at your place
These six checks are where “unforeseen work” comes from. We put a number on all of it before you agree to anything.
- Opening out of square
We measure both diagonals. More than half an inch out means shimming, and it goes into the quote as its own line item.
- Wall type
Brick, block, framing and concrete all hold an anchor differently. The wall decides which fasteners we bring; the window costs the same.
- Condition of the reveals
If the old plaster is crumbling we warn you that it will need rebuilding after tear-out. We name that price on the spot.
- Which way it opens
We look at where the furniture goes and where the sash will swing. It’s free and it saves the “can we redo this?” call.
- Water management
We check the sill pitch and whether there’s a drip cap above. Without those, water runs into the joint.
- Measured at three points
Width and height come off the top, the middle and the bottom. We take the smallest — otherwise the window won’t go in.
What we do after installation
The warranty is five years on the frame and two on the hardware. Everything in the left column is free during those years, however many times you call.
